29 జూలై 2017, తేదీన 44-సంవత్సరాల వయసు గల వ్యక్తి  నాలుగు నెలలుగా మూలశంక మరియు తీవ్ర  మలబద్దకముతో ప్రాక్టీషనర్ ను సంప్రదించారు. గత 5 రోజులుగా క్రింద కూర్చోవడం చాలా కష్టతరంగా ఉండడంతో పాటు అతని మలంలో రక్తం కూడా పడుతున్నట్లు గమనించారు.ప్రాక్టీషనర్ ను కలిసే నాటికి రెండు రోజుల ముందునుండీ మలవిసర్జన లేక చాలా అసౌకర్యంగా ఉన్నారు.

వీరికి క్రింది రెమిడి ఇవ్వబడింది:

CC4.4 Constipation + CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic...రెండు గంటల వరకూ అనంతరం 6TD

After 2 hours, the patient could pass the stool; there was no blood but it was painful. After three days, dosage was reduced to TDS as the patient was now passing stool without pain. Over the next  two months, the dosage was tapered down to OD and then to maintenance dosage of OW. As per last update in February 2018, the patient has regular bowel movement without any pain and he has chosen to continue the remedy at OW.

రెమిడి తీసుకున్న రెండు గంటల లోనే పేషంటు మలవిసర్జన చేసారు.. దానిలో రక్తం పడలేదు కానీ చాలా బాధాకరంగా ఉంది. మూడు రోజుల తర్వాత పేషంటు నొప్పి లేకుండా మలవిసర్జన చేస్తుండడం తో మోతాదును  TDS కు తగ్గించడమైనది. తరువాత రెండు నెలలలో మోతాదు క్రమంగా  OD కి తగ్గించి అనంతరం మెయింటెనెన్సు మోతాదు OW గా తీసుకున్నారు
