A 52-year-old woman was suffering from migraines for three years since 2017. During each attack, lasting several hours, which occurred one day or sometimes a few days a week, she would have a dull headache, nausea, vomiting and high sensitivity to light. The attacks were so intense that it was impossible for her to do any work or function normally. She would isolate herself from the outside world by locking herself inside a room.
