Dr Aggarwal describes the meaning of Guru Purnima for Vibrionics practitioners. He commemorates the passing of a beloved practitioner in Poland. He also extends an invitation to practitioners to participate in a project to build an online library of Vibrionics cases and thanks practitioners who have offered their seva to enable the Sai Vibrionics program to continue to develop.

Dr Aggarwal answers questions about how to cover patients when going away for an extended period of time, and how to respond in sensitive situations, for example, as when patients ask for remedies for other family members, fail to take their remedy regularly but complain of lack of improvement, bring a gift or offer money for favors for treatment, and so on. Answers are also given to questions about how long a patient needs to wait between remedies when he is taking more than one, and other practical matters.
