Allergy to multiple foods 10001...India
A 10-year-old girl from Dubai, visiting India with her mother, sought treatment for persistent allergic symptoms. For two years since 2021, she had been experiencing recurrent episodes of severe sneezing bouts, followed by runny nose, nasal congestion, and occasional breathing difficulty, likely from blocked nose. Each episode lasted about a week while taking anti-allergic tablets.
These flare-ups were consistently triggered by dairy products such as cow’s milk, curd, and paneer, as well as fruits like strawberries, oranges, and other citrus varieties. Avoidance of these food triggers proved difficult, particularly since dairy products had always been her favourites. Despite undergoing homoeopathy for 2 to 3 months in 2022, she found no relief. The situation caused much distress to both mother and daughter.
On 5 Jan 2023, at the mother’s request, the practitioner addressed her allergy to dairy first and gave:
#1. Cow milk Potentised 200C…TDS
Treatment Progress:
Ø 5 Mar 2023: Began to introduce cow’s milk and paneer cautiously into her diet.
Ø 15 Mar 2023: No symptoms following consumption of the above, #1 reduced to OD.
Ø 12 Apr 2023: #1 stopped after gradual tapering; gave for fruit allergy #2. Strawberry & orange Potentised 200C…TDS.
Ø 19 May 2023: No symptoms after consuming strawberry or citrus fruits; #2 reduced to OD.
Ø 15 June 2023: #2 stopped after gradual tapering.
As of Aug 2025, the girl has been enjoying all kinds of food without relapse.
