Osteoarthritis in knees 11654...India

A 71-year-old thin-built man presented with a three-year history of progressive knee condition which began in 2021. It started as mild right knee pain and a clicking sound after recovery from Covid-19. This worsened in Mar 2023 following swine flu, patient managed with knee pads and rest. By July 2023, the left knee was also affected. After another viral illness in Mar 2024, pain intensified with swelling and morning stiffness. His orthopaedic doctor prescribed oral painkillers, ointment, calcium, and knee pads. He declined painkillers, and one month of ointment and calcium was ineffective; knee pads gave limited relief. Ayurvedic therapy from Mar 2024 for three months also failed.

By May 2024, pain and stiffness worsened, especially on movement. On a friend’s advice, he consulted the practitioner. At the time, he was limping with severe bilateral knee pain, swelling, stiffness, and inability to bend the knees or wear knee pads. With full faith in vibrionics and God, he began treatment on 25 May 2024:
