Dear Practitioners

As we approach the most auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, let us reflect on Swami’s message on this sacred day. “Wherever you may be and whatever you do, regard yourself as an instrument of the Divine and act on that basis. You need not wait for a whole year to observe Guru Purnima. Treat every moment of your life as being intended for dedication to the Lord. This is the way to experience the Divine all the time in all places. This is true Sakshatkara (realization/direct perception). Serve all and love all. Firmly believe that the Divine is in everyone and constantly act on this belief. Only by continual practice can you develop this sacred attitude. Fill yourself with self-confidence and courage. Make your life a complete offering to the Divine, who is the real source of all that you are and all that you have.”…Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Guru Purnima discourse, 7 July 1990, Sri Sathya Sai Speaks, Vol 23.

It is with great joy that we acknowledge that several of our newer practitioners are eager to dedicate more of their time and energy to the practice of vibrionics and are keen to undertake SVP training. After broadening the eligibility criteria, we have been overwhelmed with applications for the SVP course. The finalised SVP eligibility criteria and schedule for the training program* will be uploaded on the practitioners’ website by Guru Purnima (21 July 2024). Those who have not yet sent in their applications may do so, no later than the first week of August to [email protected].

As we approach the festival dedicated to honouring the Guru, I feel it is only befitting that we invoke the teacher in each one of us. With each workshop, we have a growing number of practitioners qualifying as AVPs and so the need for more teachers is becoming very evident. In an endeavour to strengthen our Training department and equip it with more e-course and classroom teachers, we have scheduled a Teachers Training Workshop in Dec 2024. When we share our knowledge we learn better! We invite all VPs and SVPs with passion for learning and teaching and willing to dedicate additional time for this seva, over and above the invaluable patient seva, to apply for the three-day workshop* by writing to [email protected] by 15 Sept. The eligibility criteria will be uploaded on our practitioners’ site by this Guru Purnima.

As you know, we have planned to offer compilations of 100 vibrionics camps, 100 interesting case histories, and 100 outstanding experiences of practitioners for Swami’s centenary birth celebrations. I would like to extend a gentle reminder to all practitioners who have not yet done so, to send in their submissions for our collective offering. Let us all work together and make this offering special, to serve as an inspiration for current and future practitioners.

In the interest of ensuring we have up-to-date records of all practitioners, may I request you all to visit the practitioners’ website https://practitioners.vibrionics.org and check that all your personal contact details – email ID, address and phone numbers – are correct. Around 70 email IDs in our database are outdated or incorrect and the newsletter is not getting delivered to these practitioners. Remember that, in addition to the newsletter, they are also missing out on any important updates and announcements.

Nothing gives great honour and joy to the Guru than when their students completely assimilate and exemplify their teachings. Let us resolve to follow the path laid down by our dear Lord as we contemplate on His Guru Purnima message, “Guru is one who dispels the darkness of ignorance arising out of body attachment. Body is but an instrument. God has given you the body to take to the path of action. It is God’s gift. Deho DevAlayaH ProktoH Jeevo DevassanAtanaH (body is the temple and the Indweller is God). Consider all bodies as temples of God and offer your salutations.”…Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Guru Purnima discourse, 16 July 2000, Sri Sathya Sai Speaks, Vol 33

From this issue onwards, whenever time and space permit, I will be sharing under “In addition”, one or more true vibrionics tales; my personal experiences and those shared by other practitioners, from my Diary of years, which I traced recently.

May we always endeavour to salute Him through our thoughts, words and actions.

*Refer to the Announcements section on the newsletter for the dates of workshop to be conducted in Puttaparthi.

In loving service to Sai

Depression 11608...India

A 29-year-old woman began exhibiting symptoms of depression in Aug 2018; she withdrew and isolated herself, avoiding communication with her husband and their only son. On three occasions she left home without telling her family and once for 10 days, while the husband kept searching for her.

Attending ten counselling sessions with a psychiatrist between Nov 2018 and Apr 2019 proved to be futile, so the husband sought help from the practitioner. He attributed his wife’s depression to the 12-year age gap between them and a huge gap in their educational background. Although their early years of marriage were smooth, the communication gap gradually worsened over time.

During the consultation, the practitioner was pleased to observe the patient open up after gentle counselling. She revealed that for the past seven months, she had been drinking too much tea (three times a day) and struggling with disturbed sleep that left her exhausted during the day. She was not on any other treatment.

On 30 Apr 2019, she was given:

CC10.1 Emergencies + CC15.2 Psychiatric disorders…TDS

and advised to slowly increase water intake and reduce tea consumption. Within a month by 30 May, there was 50% improvement in her sleep. On 9 July, her husband excitedly conveyed that his wife had started interacting with him and their son. Her sleep had become normal. By 11 Sept her husband noted that she was almost back to her normal self and mingling with the family. The dosage was reduced to OD and after three weeks to OW as she returned to normalcy. She felt comfortable to stop the remedy after eight months in June 2020.

As of 27 May 2024, she remains very happy.

Allergy to dust & smoke 11608...India

A 20-year-old man presented with a history of respiratory allergy for the past 12 years. Since the age of eight, he started to feel breathless whenever exposed to dust or smoke. These episodes lasting 10 to 15 minutes occurred at least 2 to 3 times a week due to unavoidable environmental factors in his village. About once a month breathlessness was accompanied with headache which subsided on its own within 20 minutes. He did not take any treatment due to financial constraints and managed his condition by taking rest.

On 16 Mar 2019, he visited the practitioner who gave him:

#1. CC19.2 Respiratory allergies…TDS

On 26 Mar, he reported having only two episodes in the last 10 days, each lasting about 5 minutes. Additionally, he mentioned that for the past two years, he had been feeling weak, necessitating a daily afternoon nap lasting an hour, the duration gradually increased thus disrupting his work schedule. The remedy was enhanced to:

#2. CC12.1 Adult tonic + #1…TDS

On 20 Apr, he came for a refill and excitedly reported 50% improvement with only two short episodes in the past one month. His energy level had gone up and he felt really good. The frequency of episodes was going down slowly but steadily.

By 30 May, he was completely free from breathlessness, even when exposed to dust. With no trace of weakness, he could actively work in afternoons without needing a nap. Headache never appeared after starting vibro. Dosage was reduced to OD and further to 3TW on 2 July, then tapered off before stopping it on 10 Sept.

As of 28 May 2024, he is well and remains energetic.

Itchy patches on skin 11608...India

A 42-year-old woman presented with a skin condition that had been troubling her for the past five months since Oct 2018. All over her abdomen, there were several, mildly swollen reddish patches with constant and severe itching. This significantly impacted her daily life, making it challenging for her to perform routine tasks and causing irritability. She had to wear a sari daily as part of her cultural attire, thus exacerbating her discomfort. Unable to afford medical treatment, she resorted to applying a paste of basil leaves with salt, albeit with limited success. She felt happy when she learnt about vibrionics and eagerly sought a remedy.

On 16 Mar 2019, she was given:

CC21.2 Skin infections + CC21.3 Skin allergies…TDS orally, with advice to apply the water remedy externally…BD

On 2 Apr, she joyfully reported 80% relief in itching and swelling and a 60% decrease in reddishness, size and number of patches. By 18 Apr, itching had vanished and patches reduced by 80%, bringing her immense relief. Dosage was reduced to OD. By 25 May, her skin returned to normal and external application was stopped, dosage reduced to OW and stopped in mid-July 2019.

Being regular visitors to the local Sai centre, the patient and the practitioner are in constant touch. As of May 2024, there has been no recurrence and the patient remains grateful to vibrionics.

Haemorrhoids 10399...India

The practitioner’s 32-year-old housemaid had been passing hard stools for nearly a year since Feb 2018. With every bowel movement, she suffered from intense pain and irritation in the anal region, accompanied by severe bleeding. In June, her doctor diagnosed this as haemorrhoids; she took prescribed medication for ten days which completely stopped the bleeding but pain and irritation persisted. A few days later, bleeding recurred but only once in 2 to 3 days. She developed fear of visiting the toilet lest bleeding might worsen. Due to financial constraints, she did not follow up with the doctor. She was overjoyed when she learnt about vibrionics and on 5 Jan 2019, she was given:

CC3.2 Bleeding disorders + CC4.4 Constipation + CC4.10 Indigestion + CC10.1 Emergencies + CC21.11 Wounds & Abrasions…TDS

Within a week by 11 Jan, to the patient’s utter disbelief, stools had normalized, bleeding had stopped and the pain and irritation had reduced by 75%! By 1 Feb, both pain and irritation vanished. As she was somewhat apprehensive that the condition might return, TDS dosage was continued before reducing it to OD on 6 Mar, and further to OW on 20 Mar and stopped at the end of May 2019. She expressed her immense gratitude to vibrionics. As of Aug 2020, when the practitioner last saw her, there had been no recurrence.

Migraine during menses 10399...India

For over three decades, a 52-year-old woman battled with severe right-sided migraine every month during her 5-day menses; this was accompanied by nausea and occasional vomiting. Exposure to hot sun during summer also triggered the headache. She found temporary relief in prescribed painkillers but needed extensive rest throughout her period. She also took homoeopathic treatment intermittently from different doctors for over a span of ten years, without any success. In 2020, in addition to her usual painkiller, her doctor prescribed Sibelium (contains flunarizine) 5 mg increasing to 20 mg, which she took for over three years, yet got no respite. Frustrated, she decided to discontinue these tablets and explore vibrionics as a safer alternative. On 23 Sept 2023, the practitioner gave her:

CC8.1 Female tonic + CC11.4 Migraines + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic…TDS

In Oct, she had only mild headache throughout her menses and no other symptom, enabling her to resume her daily activities without needing a painkiller. Encouraged by this promising improvement, she continued the remedy diligently. On 12 Dec, she reported complete absence of migraine in Nov. This improvement was sustained during the next two menses; therefore, on 15 Jan 2024, dosage was reduced to OD. As of June 2024, she has been fine even upon exposure to hot sun; she prefers to continue the remedy at OD.

Indigestion, addiction 11658...India

A 26-year-old truck driver presented with pain and burning sensation in his lower abdomen, alternating between one side and both sides over the past four years from 2019. Since then his appetite had been low, coupled with dark-coloured stools occurring 2 to 3 times a week. The symptoms appeared on consuming outside food or even mildly spicy or oily food at home and continued for the whole day. As his job demanded him to travel for at least 15 days every month, he found it challenging to avoid outside food. Two years ago, he had vomited blood, which significantly heightened his concerns about his health.

During the last six years, he got addicted to chewing tobacco, consuming up to five packets daily. Ultrasound scans of his abdomen and pelvis in Sept 2020 and Apr 2023 were normal, with the doctor warning him of potential stomach ulcers. He initially took allopathic tablets for a week but found no relief. He switched to homoeopathic treatment from Feb 2021 until 15 Dec 2023. However, his symptoms resurfaced soon after stopping the homoeo remedies. Upon learning about vibrionics, he consulted the practitioner on 21 Dec 2023, and expressed his readiness to discontinue the tobacco; he was given:

CC4.5 Ulcers + CC4.8 Gastroenteritis + CC4.10 Indigestion + CC10.1 Emergencies + CC15.3 Addictions…6TD

Four days later, the patient reported complete disappearance of symptoms and an improvement in his appetite. By 5 Jan 2024, tobacco consumption was down to three packets per day; dosage was reduced to TDS. On 2 Mar, he was taking one packet of tobacco, dosage was reduced to OD. On practitioner’s advice, he began carrying fennel seeds with him, and used them as a substitute whenever he felt the urge for tobacco. The dosage was slowly tapered down to OW on 1 May, which he prefers to continue. As of 29 June 2024, there has been no recurrence even with outside food and he has not taken tobacco since Apr 2024. Pleased with the results, he recommended vibrionics to his mother who is under treatment for knee pain.

Itchy skin rash 11570...India

A 39-year-old woman was suffering from rash with severe itching all over her body for one and a half years; this started soon after she fell on the road in Jan 2020. Despite taking various allopathic treatments since then, both oral and topical including anti-fungal cream (Clobeta Gm), she found only temporary relief, hence stopped them. She was not on any medication when she approached the practitioner on 26 Sep 2021, he gave her:

CC10.1 Emergencies + CC21.3 Skin allergies + CC21.7 Fungus…TDS and in coconut oil for external application…BD

By13 Oct, itching improved by 40% but new itchy patches emerged on her thighs and forearms, indicative of a pullout. She was encouraged to continue the remedy.

By 26 Oct, she had 90% relief from both itching and rash and no new rash appeared! By 5 Nov, itching completely subsided leaving behind only the scars, so the dosage was reduced to OD and slowly tapered off until stopped on 30 Dec. On 19 Aug 2022, she reported scars had vanished and skin was back to normal. On a review in May 2024, the patient was happy and doing well.

Patient’s testimonial (Received on 20 May 2024, shortened and slightly paraphrased)

I got a lot of treatment done for my skin problem but it used to get cured and then happen again. My job is also that of a therapist and I got concerned when it happened on my forearm which was visible. The vibro practitioner listened to my problem very well and said to take the remedy with confidence. After taking it, when I started itching a lot, she gently advised me to continue. I did so and the skin problem started getting cured. I got full confidence and I have told about Vibrionics to a lot of people. Today my whole family takes Vibrionics; my son’s allergy, my urine incontinence and my husband’s fatty liver and high cholesterol all got resolved. We kept taking IB and nobody in our family got Covid!  Thank you.

Hives 03608...South Africa

A 57-year-old female, diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2001, had been taking allopathic medicine (Levothyroxin 50 mg) daily. From March 2020, she developed intense itching, red hives on her legs, back, arms, and neck, occurring three times a week. The symptoms would get relieved within 5 minutes if she immediately applied the prescribed ointment (Allergex). Her doctor suspected these hives were caused by Levothyroxin, so she felt stressed. However she was excited when she was introduced to vibrionics by her niece, a practitioner.

On 8 Dec 2021, she was given:

#1. CC21.3 Skin allergies…BD in coconut oil for external application

#2. CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic + #1…6TD for 3 days followed by TDS

On 26 Dec, the patient reported feeling significantly calmer; the hives occurred twice in the previous week with no itching and vanished within five minutes of applying the oil, eliminating the need for allopathic ointment. On 10 Feb 2022, she reported only one episode of rash in the past week. She expressed feeling much more confident and relaxed.

In the next two months by 13 Apr, there was only one episode. The hives disappeared immediately upon using the oil, which she referred to as the “magic oil remedy”. The dosage of #1 and #2 was reduced to OD. On 19 May, she conveyed that there was no trace of hives in the last month; so #1 was stopped and #2 was reduced to 3TW. She remained symptom-free by July, remedies were discontinued as she relocated abroad.

As of June 2024, she continues thyroid medication; her skin remains normal with occasional mild hives lasting about a minute and resolving on their own.

Acidity & haemorrhoids 11632...India

For the past 12 years since 2010, a 62-year-old female was suffering from bloating, heaviness, belching, and heartburn after every meal. Additionally, she had painless bleeding during bowel movement; this slowly progressed to anal bleeding even while passing urine, coughing or sneezing, necessitating use of diapers throughout the day. Even mildly spicy food worsened her symptoms. Reluctant to seek medical help due to concerns about side effects of allopathic treatment, she managed her condition with a strict diet and allopathic Pantop 40mg* for acidity. She also had disturbed sleep, for the past 32 years.

In May 2021, at her mother’s urging, she consulted a doctor who diagnosed her with internal haemorrhoids and recommended surgery. However, she postponed it, in order to take care for of her cancer-stricken mother and her husband recovering from heart surgery.

On 19 Nov 2022, she took treatment at vibrionics wellness centre in the Sai school where she was teaching:

For stress:

#1. CC10.1 Emergencies + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic…TDS

For acidity & internal haemorrhoids:

#2. CC4.4 Constipation + CC4.10 Indigestion…TDS

For disturbed sleep:

#3. CC15.6 Sleep disorders…half an hour before bedtime

She discontinued Pantop 40mg. Within three days on 22 Nov, she reported 30% relief in acidity symptoms and an improved appetite.

By 28 Nov, she could happily eat her favourite food without any adverse reaction for the first time in a decade! The next day, she conveyed that bleeding during bowel movement came down to once every two days and there was no bleeding on urination, coughing or sneezing. She stopped using diapers indoors.

On 1 Dec, she excitedly reported total absence of all symptoms (except disturbed sleep)! However, the next day, she complained of hard stools and was worried about recurrence of bleeding. Suspecting this to be a pullout, #2 was suspended on 9 Dec. In two days, stool hardness was 25% better; dosage of #2 was gradually increased to TDS by 19 Dec. By 10 Jan 2023, there was 50% improvement in hardness of stools , this progressed to 100% by 28 Jan. As she no longer felt stressed, she stopped taking #1 in the first week of Jan. On 15 Feb, #2 was reduced to OD which she preferred to continue for a few months, along with #3.

As on 18 June 2024, she has continued to be well, enjoying a normal diet.

Shoulder & knee pain 11654...India

In Sept 2022, a 58-year-old female fell in the bathroom, as a result her right shoulder was in extreme pain as it took the brunt of the fall. She promptly visited her doctor who administered an injection thereby easing her pain, also prescribed an oral painkiller to be used when needed. The pain would start while lifting her right hand; while turning in her sleep it was so intense that she would cry. It would take her an hour before she could sleep again. This happened 2 to 3 times each night, disturbing her sleep. She used an over-the-counter ointment (Moov) for momentary relief.

Additionally, for the past 5 to 6 months, she would get pain in her right knee if she walked longer than her usual half an hour. As she was reluctant to use the painkiller long-term, she consulted the practitioner on 14 May 2023 and she was given:

#1. CC18.5 Neuralgia + CC20.3 Arthritis + CC20.4 Muscles & Supportive tissue + CC20.7 Fractures… BD in coconut oil for external application.

#2. CC3.7 Circulation + CC10.1 Emergencies + #1…6TD

#3. CC15.6 Sleep disorders…a dose half an hour before bedtime and also in the night if she woke up.

By 31 May, shoulder pain during her sleep came down by 60% and she was able to go back to sleep immediately, The ointment and #3 were no longer needed in the middle of the night. By 4 June, shoulder pain and sleep had improved by 80% and the knee pain by 60%. By 11 June, shoulder pain was gone and improvement in her sleep went up to 80%. #2 was reduced to TDS; #3 was taken only if required.

By 23 June, knee pain resolved completely, so external application was stopped after a week and going to sleep was no longer an issue. #2 was slowly tapered down and stopped on 20 Aug 2023.

In Mar 2024, after exerting herself physically at home, she felt mild shoulder pain and was reminded of the previous excruciating pain before starting vibrionics; she promptly resumed #2 at TDS and got relief within 24 hours. However, she opted to continue #2 at TDS for a few months, given the ongoing physical strain at home. As of June 2024, there has been no recurrence. She has been advised to taper off the remedy and stop it as per her comfort level.

Eczema 03608...South Africa

A 59-year-old woman had thickened skin, swelling and pain at the tip of her left thumb since 1986. Symptoms worsened during winters and with prolonged exposure to water and household detergents, leading to cracks that bled. She managed by avoiding the triggers until the symptoms became even worse in 2007. Diagnosed as eczema, she was prescribed antihistamine tablets (Texa) and an ointment (Lenovate) for over 15 years, these provided no relief; moreover, the tablets made her drowsy. Upon learning about vibrionics through a relative, she discontinued the medication on 13 Oct 2022 when the practitioner gave her:

CC10.1 Emergencies + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic + CC21.6 Eczema…TDS

Within eight days by 21 Oct, to the patient’s delight, there was 100% relief from her symptoms; she could wash clothes by hand without any problem! However, a week later on 29 Oct, the pain returned with an intensity greater than before. She was advised to take a dose every ten minutes for one hour, resulting in 50% relief which progressed to 90% the next day. Hence the dosage was brought down to TDS

By 13 Nov, pain had vanished, a week later, dosage was reduced to OD. On 13 Dec, while going abroad, she forgot to carry her remedy. Despite the cold winter and exposure to water and detergent, her thumb remained normal. Upon returning home on 13 Jan 2023, she did not need to resume the remedy.

As of June 2024 she has had no recurrence.

Patient’s testimonial:

I married young and explaining my eczema to my in-laws was stressful, that I cannot hand wash clothes or wash utensils. Vibrionics changed my life. I cannot be happier.

Insomnia, leg pain 11656...India

Over the last twenty years, a 55-year-old woman struggled with insomnia, finding it hard to fall asleep and getting only four hours of disrupted sleep every night; this left her feeling fatigued and restless during the day. She attributed this to anxiety stemming from her husband’s night shifts and his past health challenges with cancer and currently, her son returning late nights from work.

Adding to her woes since oct 2023, she had been suffering from pain in left leg radiating from buttock to foot, and intense pain in left knee, occurring 4 to 5 times weekly and lasting throughout the day. It worsened when she sat or lied down, disrupting her daily activities and preventing her from sitting cross-legged, a posture she previously found effortless. Elevating her legs while seated, lying on her left side, applying coconut oil and using an acupuncture pad at home provided some relief. She avoided medication due to concerns about their potential side effects and on 12 Dec 2023, approached a practitioner who gave her:

#1. CC10.1 Emergencies + CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic + CC18.5 Neuralgia + CC20.3 Arthritis + CC20.4 Muscles & Supportive tissue + CC20.5 Spine...6TD

#2. CC15.6 Sleep disorders...2 doses ten minutes apart, half an hour before sleep

After just one week on 19 Dec, the patient delightfully conveyed that she had 6 to 7 hours of sound sleep for the past 3 to 4 days and felt calm, relaxed, energetic and happier during the day! Also, there was 50% relief in leg pain, and she was able to sit cross-legged for more than an hour.

By 30 Dec, she was completely pain-free and regained the ability to sit cross-legged for extended period and walk long distances with ease. The quick and complete recovery filled her with disbelief and immense joy! #1 was reduced to TDS and a month later to OD on 29 Jan 2024. Despite advice to taper #1 to a maintenance dosage, she chose to stop both remedies on 24 Feb.

On 4 Apr, she mentioned completing an eight-day pilgrimage where she walked long distances on rough terrain. After two days of touring, she developed mild pain and discomfort in her legs and using only coconut oil for relief, she managed the entire trip and continued to sleep well. Upon her return, the pain disappeared after adequate rest. She was advised to take #1 at OD for a month which she did.

As of 26 June, she enjoys sound sleep and remains pain-free.

Practitioner Profile 11608...India

Practitioner 11608… India holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications and worked at Kendriya Vidyalaya as a computer science teacher for eight years until 2014, returning to the same job in 2023 for a year. In the interim, she served as Principal of a school in West Bengal. Her interests lie primarily in computers and programming languages.

Being born in a family of Sai devotees, she attended Balvikas classes and dreamed of a day when she would be able to visit Puttaparthi. In 1997, Swami granted her wish and she was finally able to have His darshan in Prashanti Nilayam. She is an active member of her Sai samiti and participates in service activities, bhajan singing, and veda chanting. She has served as a Youth Coordinator and Balvikas Guru and since 2017, has been a District Veda & Spiritual Coordinator.

During Guru Poornima celebrations in 2018 she came across a vibro practitioner at the railway station in Puttaparthi. He had just finished his AVP training and, at her request, showed her the 108CC box and book. Hearing of Sai Vibrionics stirred something inside her and her heart was instantly filled with a desire to serve as a vibro practitioner. She became an AVP in March 2019 and just four months later, a VP in June 2019.

Her first patient was suffering from knee pain for 4 months. She was cured within 2 weeks of taking vibrionics. The practitioner was ecstatic when the patient hugged her in joy and regards this cure as nothing less than a miracle.

She would like to share some of her interesting case histories. A female patient aged 52 with a 10-year-old history of breast cancer and mastectomy of the left side, suddenly felt pain in her right breast and the nipple started to discharge blood. She immediately booked tickets to go to Mumbai to consult her doctor and also called the practitioner. Despite living more than an hour away, the practitioner accompanied by her husband went to the patient’s house so that she could begin treatment immediately. She gave her CC8.3 Breast disorders + CC10.1 Emergencies. Two days later, the pain was gone and at her checkup in Mumbai, to her great relief, the doctor told her that everything was fine.

The practitioner finds that CC15.6 Sleep disorders gives excellent results. In Sept 2020, she treated a 36-year-old male who, despite taking prescription sleeping pills for the last six months, had been unable to sleep for the past two weeks. She gave him CC15.6 Sleep disorders…OD, 20 minutes before going to bed. Within four days he was sleeping better. A month later he reported a 100 percent cure!

In another case, an 18-year-old girl with oily skin consulted her in April 2019 for acne and excessive black heads for about seven months. She was given CC21.2 Skin infections. Within  2 to 3 weeks, she reported that her skin had improved remarkably and in less than two months, she was symptom-free!

A 45-year-old vegetable vendor was suffering from pain and swelling in his knees for three months because he had to sit cross-legged for 8 to 10 hours a day. In May 2019, he was given CC12.4 Autoimmune diseases + CC20.3 Arthritis + CC20.4 Muscles & Supportive tissue to be taken orally and applied externally in water. In three weeks, he was substantially relieved of his symptoms and in less than six months, he reported a complete cure. To this date after five years, he happily sits cross-legged.

In July 2019, she treated a pet rabbit who was weak, not eating well and shedding clumps of fur due to a worm infestation, with CC1.1 Animal tonic + CC4.6 Diarrhoea…6TD. In one week, the rabbit was 50% better and in a fortnight he was back to normal.

Over the last five years, she has treated 560 patients and now feels she has enough experience to be able to deduce the root cause of an illness. She serves as vibro Regional Coordinator, helps admin team with their database update and assists practitioners to upload their monthly reports. During her frequent visits to Puttaparthi she likes to attend to patients in SVIRT’s office and enjoys working with local practitioners.

Through her practice of vibrionics she has learnt to undertake seva with a spirit of surrender and remember Him as the ultimate doer. By interacting with all types of people she has learnt to treat everyone with love. She believes that selfless service is the best way to God.

Practitioner Profile 10399...India

Practitioner 10399…India holds a bachelor’s degree in science and always dreamt of becoming a doctor. However, fate had a different plan for her life. Unable to clear the medical entrance examination she became a kindergarten teacher. It turned out that she was great with kids and continued in this profession for more than a decade, only quitting when they had to relocate to another city because of her husband’s job.

She has been a Sai devotee since birth. She was a Balvikas student from the age of 15 to 18 and would accompany her father on medical camps when she was still in high school. In 2008, while recovering from complications of childbirth, she heard about a Sai Vibrionics workshop. On learning that this system had been physically blessed by Swami, she knew this was His way of fulfilling the longing she harboured in her heart since childhood. Such was the pull of this desire that she left her 10-month-old baby with her older sisters in order to travel to Pune to attend the workshop. She qualified as an AVP in Dec 2008 and became a VP in Oct 2015.

Over the years, she has deftly balanced her family commitments and seva activities to serve people around her. She has witnessed several patients who have experienced miraculous outcomes. Her 24-year-old house maid had been trying to conceive for 2½ years. The practitioner started treatment for both the woman (CC8.1 Female tonic + CC8.4 Ovaries & Uterus + CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic) and her husband (CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC14.1 Male tonic + CC14.3 Male infertility + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic). Within three months of starting the remedies, to the couple’s delight, the wife conceived and even referred a friend with the same issue, who also conceived after taking vibro! She has also successfully treated others with fertility issues using the same combos.

Once, when the practitioner was traveling to an orphanage for a medical camp, a doctor who was with her mentioned that he had a patient with severe morning sickness but allopathic medicines were not helping her. She gave the doctor a bottle of CC8.9 Morning sickness with instructions for the patient. A week later, the doctor called the practitioner to thank her for the remedy as this provided much relief to his patient. Such instances have only reinforced the practitioner’s belief that Swami is the only healer and that a small sugar pill blessed by Him can result in tremendous healing effects.

In May 2016, the practitioner’s daughters were visiting their cousin in Malaysia; they carried with them for emergencies a small bottle containing CC9.2 Infections acute + CC19.2 Respiratory allergies for fever, cold and cough. One day, while they were out shopping, they called their mother as their cousin was suddenly afflicted with severe pain in the stomach. On her advice, although their bottle had a different remedy, they gave the cousin a pill in her mouth with prayers. After just one dose, the girl started feeling better and the pain completely disappeared within minutes. Thereafter, they went to a shop to drink coconut water and, to their utter surprise, there they were greeted by Swami’s photo on the wall, with Abhayahasta (hand raised in blessing) and that beautiful Divine smile. The message to the practitioner was that He is omnipresent and omnipotent and faith is all powerful.

In Sept 2023, she was approached by a 35-year-old woman who had been diagnosed with hypothyroid about four years ago and since then regularly taking the prescribed levothyroxine. In spite of this, her TSH level stayed at 6.8 mU/l (normal 0.4 to 4.5). The practitioner gave her CC6.2 Hypothyroid + CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic. She diligently took the remedy for five months before repeating the test which showed that her TSH had come down to normal at 4.5.

A 42-year-old man suffering from severe allergies for 7 to 8 years consulted her in Sept 2023. As a frequent traveller, he was greatly inconvenienced by the symptoms that sometimes led him to sneeze up to 20 times in a row. He was prescribed CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC19.2 Respiratory allergies + CC 19.5 Sinusitis…6TD. Within a week he was completely  relieved of his symptoms!

The practitioner has been serving as a Regional Coordinator for Pune since 2017. As an active member of her local Sai centre, she participates in all centre activities enthusiastically, be it bhajan sessions, Narayana seva or medical camps. For two years she accompanied allopathic doctors on their monthly visits to an orphanage where she used to dispense vibro remedies for common ailments to the children.

She feels blessed that God graciously fulfilled her heartfelt desire to become a doctor and provided her with abundant opportunities to serve the underprivileged. On her journey as a practitioner, she has learned profound lessons of empathy, resilience, and humility. She believes if we follow the compass of our heart and make our life a journey of endless service and devotion, we can collectively nurture the spirit of humanity.

Answer Corner

Q1. Having qualified as a practitioner, should I discuss my patients’ cases with my mentor, finalize each combo with his advice, and then prepare the remedy for dispensing?

A. For simple cases, you can give the remedy to the patient first and discuss the case with the mentor later. This will avoid any delay in providing the treatment. If an update is advised by the mentor, this can be dealt with separately later or during the patient’s next visit. For difficult or complex cases, it is best to first discuss and finalise the combo with your mentor before preparing the remedy. In the meantime, however, since it is our practice not to send the patient empty-handed, an appropriate tonic or another combo should be given. It is good to setup in advance, a protocol for requesting urgent response from your mentor to minimize any delay in your response to a patient.

Q2 . We tell patients to let the pill dissolve slowly under the tongue without chewing or sucking on it. What exactly is the logic behind it? Will keeping it under the tongue longer, help in better absorption? Is it such an important aspect that we should emphasize it to our patients?

A. The advantage of taking a medicine sublingually is that it enters directly into the bloodstream through the capillaries in the lining of the mouth. This bypasses the digestive system and liver (enterohepatic system), allowing for faster absorption.

However, when it comes to energy medicine like vibrionics there is another more important aspect to this. It is strongly recommended that the patient stays focused on the remedy while it is in the mouth and prays for his wellbeing. Prayers are known to enhance the effectiveness of vibrations. Research has confirmed ‘Longer the prayers, faster the healing’. Just remember “The longer the pill or the remedy water stays in the mouth and especially under the tongue in an attitude of prayer, the better will be the absorption of vibrations.”

Also note that strong flavours in the mouth may interfere with this absorption. This is why we don’t take anything 20 minutes before and after the remedy.

Q3. Will the efficiency of SRHVP get adversely affected if it is carried during all kinds of travels?

A. SRHVP is a piece of equipment that needs to be handled carefully and protected from sudden jerks and falls. However, since it has no moving parts inside, there is no problem in carrying it through rough journeys. But you should lock the dial before your travel (do not forget to unlock it later) and wrap the SRHVP nicely with enough padding all around. The sensitive part is the dial which should be well protected.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Q4. Possibility of a pullout tends to bring in a sense of apprehension in the mind of some patients. Can we assume that the 1st type of pullout will not adversely affect the patient or his confidence by increasing the intensity of the existing condition like high BP or high creatinine level or depression?

A: There should be no concern here provided this situation is handled carefully. In cases where the 1st type of pullout could be a major concern, give a single dose and monitor, gradually moving to OD with great caution and then upwards, as per our standard procedure for handling pullout. A pullout should not adversely affect a patient provided the practitioner has given a clear explanation on pullout and how to deal with it, at the time of first dispensing the remedy.

Q5. If a few specific SRHVP cards are damaged, can those cards alone be supplied by our organization or should they get the entire set? Alternatively, can a photocopy of those specific cards from a good set of cards be made on a thick card and used instead?

A: There is no problem about supplying cards to replace damaged/worn out/misplaced cards. Provided the required card is available in our stock, the cost will not be prohibitive; at present, all cards are available. Even if we have to break up a new set of complete cards, it is important/priority for us that a practitioner is able to make the needed vibration, so we shall always keep the cost to a minimum. A photocopy is not recommended as it does not appear to work so well, may be due to minute invisible distortions.

Divine quotes from the Master Healer

“All our senses are conditioned by the trigunas, and the gunas, in turn, are conditioned by the food we consume. Hence, if we start eating satvic food, undertake satvic karmas, and move about in the company of satvic friends, I am sure that we can transform ourselves into satvic individuals. It is bad company that is responsible for evil qualities. If you want to cultivate good qualities, you have to eat satvic food. In fact, it is the food that we consume is responsible for all the evil qualities.”

...Sathya Sai Baba, “Cultivate Satwic Qualities Right from Childhood” Discourse 22 October 2005

“Paropakaraya punyaya, Papaya parapeedanam (one attains merit by serving others and commits sin by hurting them). ‘Help ever, Hurt never’. To the extent possible, perform acts of charity and help everybody. Fill your hearts with love. We consider it our duty to treat the patients and alleviate their suffering. Duty is God. Work is worship. I am doing it with love. It is from the source and not by force.”

Maintain Brain health to realise its amazing potential!

All scientific investigations are based upon the intellect. All spiritual explorations are based on the heart (or the consciousness). In the spiritual field, man alone is supremely important, not the machines. Scientists put their faith in machines…Put your faith in the natural brain. Even the computer is operated by the human brain”…Sathya Sai Baba1

1. A peep into our Awesome Brain!

The crown jewel of the human body, brain is the centre of the body’s nervous system which is a network of nerve cells or neurons that helps all parts of the body to communicate with one another. It is supported by the spinal cord that extends from the lower brain to lower back, and sends motor commands from the brain to the peripheral body and relays information from the sensory organs to the brain. The peripheral nervous system, a network of nerves (cranial 12 pairs and spinal 31pairs) which branch out from the brain and spinal cord, controls the voluntary as well as the involuntary functions. The brain is protected by different bones of the skull including the cranium and the cerebrospinal fluid that cushions the vital nervous system organs.2-5

The three-pound (1.4kg approx) adult brain is a super computer, the seat of intelligence, very adaptable, with ability to rewire itself. Its various parts operate like a group of experts with special responsibilities but work in unison, the three main sections being cerebrum, cerebellum, and brainstem. Cerebrum is at the top of the highly developed fore-brain that takes care of every thought and action, the five senses, language, behaviour and personality, movements, learning, and reasoning. It holds our memories and allows us to plan, think, imagine, recognize friends, read, and play games. The outer surface of the cerebrum (cerebral cortex), looking like a shelled walnut, processes information. It is often referred to as the “gray matter” as nerves in this area lack insulation making other parts of the brain look white. It is split lengthwise by a deep fissure into two halves called hemispheres, having four lobes each. The left half with ability to form words controls the right side of the body, and the right half with abstract reasoning skills controls the left side of the body. When one side of the brain is damaged, the other side of the body is affected eg, a stroke in the right hemisphere of brain will paralyse the left arm and leg and vice versa.2,4-7

Cerebrum also includes endocrine glands: thalamus works like a relay station except for smell that bypasses it, and the hypothalamus controls the nervous and the endocrine systems and manages the body’s temperature, heart rate, and BP. Below hypothalamus, behind the bridge of the nose, is a pea-shaped pituitary gland (master gland) that monitors and regulates the functions of several organs and hormones essential for growth and reproductive development. The hind brain contains a tiny ball tissue cerebellum or “the little brain to take care of the vital body balance and movements. The mid brain ensures motor control, especially eye movements, and houses the tiny pineal gland to regulate our circadian rhythm, the body’s internal clock of day and night. The brain stem at the bottom of the brain and back of the skull includes both the mid brain and the medulla (the crossover-point for movement-related nerves) and controls the involuntary body functions like breathing, blinking, swallowing, and cardiovascular reflexes like heart beat and blood pressure.2,6-12

The brain is one of the hardest working organs in the body. When healthy, it can function quickly and automatically. When problems occur, the results can be devastating.2,13

2. Brain disorders

There are many kinds of brain disorder, some well-known ones are covered here. Each person’s brain is unique; same condition can affect two people differently and their symptoms can vary.13,14

2.1 Dementia: Not exactly a disease, this term covers progressive symptoms of loss of memory and skills interfering with one’s daily life. It is different from the age-related forgetfulness; here, abnormal changes happen in the brain. It is most common in Alzheimer patients; also, caused by bleeding or blood vessel blockage in the brain or other diseases. Cognitive problems caused by thyroid disorder or vitamin deficiency are not dementia.13-20

2.2 Alzheimer’s disease: It is a specific brain disease where cells get damaged due to excessive deposit of certain proteins in and around brain cells. It first impacts part of the brain associated with learning and memory, the early signs of dementia being, forgetting recent events, appointments, and conversations. It progresses to gradual decline in memory, thinking, behaviour and social skills, and loss of ability to do everyday tasks like keeping track of one’s wallet or purse, paying bills, planning or preparing meals. Patients will repeat statements and questions over and over, get lost in places they used to know well, misplace or put items in odd places, will not find right words for any object or express a thought, eventually forgetting the names of family members and every-day objects. In advanced stages it can lead to dehydration, malnutrition, infection, and death.13-20

2.3 Parkinson’s disease: It is caused by damage to specific neurons in the brain that produce dopamine and help coordination and precise control of muscle movements. Symptoms often start with tremors and include slowed movements, stiffness of limbs, trembling or shaking, balance problems, shuffling steps, and hunched posture.6,13,14,21

2.4 Other neurodegenerative disorders are: Motor Neuron Disease (MND) where neurons that control movement die and muscle control is lost leading to weakness and later paralysis. In Multiple sclerosis (MS), myelin sheath around nerves that relay signals get damaged; symptoms are tingling, numbness, pain, muscle spasms, weakness and paralysis, coordination issues, and fatigue. Neuralgia is characterised by intense, distinct, and sudden episodes of shooting or stabbing pain, persistent aching or burning pain, tingling or numbness, involuntary muscle twitching or cramping. It can attack the face (trigeminal, common in people with MS), hands, feet, arms and legs (peripheral), and rarely other parts of the body. Muscular dystrophy is a rare genetic neuromuscular disease, the main symptom being muscle weakness and loss that worsens over time; other symptoms include irregular walking gait, muscle pain, trouble swallowing, learning disorder, and fatigue.13,14,22-25

2.5 Stroke is brain’s equivalent of a heart attack. It occurs in two major ways: when a clot interrupts blood flow to the brain (ischaemic) or a blood vessel breaks and bleeding occurs in brain (haemorrhage). Symptoms are drooping of mouth, slurred or loss of speech, inability to lift arms or legs, loss of vision, balance, or consciousness, or inexplicable severe headache. Immediate medical attention is critical to prevent permanent damage or death, see para 3 and pic.13,26

2.6 Paralysis is inability to make voluntary movements when something disrupts nerve signals to muscles. It can affect one limb (monoplegia), one side (hemiplegia) or both sides of the body (diplegia); paraplegia involves both legs, and quadriplegia affects all the limbs. It is normally caused by stroke, spinal cord injuries, or nerve disorders. Bell’s palsy, caused mostly by a virus (often herpes simplex) results in temporary facial paralysis. Cerebral palsy is a motor disorder that begins early in life attributed to brain injuries that happen earlier in pregnancy; exact cause is unknown. Such children have learning, vision, hearing, and language disorders.27,28

2.7 Epilepsy: A long-term chronic disease, it causes unprovoked recurring seizures due to abnormal electrical signals produced by damaged brain cells. Symptoms could be mental confusion, loss of consciousness, stiffening and uncontrolled twitching or jerking of muscles usually in arms or legs, blank stare or repetitive movement of eyes, lips, fingers etc, tingling sensation, biting tongue or drooling, losing bowel or bladder control, changes in emotions and behaviour. Though unknown, some causes identified are genetics, brain vessel abnormalities, head injury, brain infection or tumour, immune disorders, and birth abnormalities. Insufficient food intake, sleep deprivation, alcohol, or stress can act as triggers for patients. It is also linked to debilitating and painful Migraine which happens when the brain gets overexcited, see vol 10 #4, July-Aug 2019. Stroke or traumatic brain injury can cause Central Vertigo with symptoms of severe instability or difficulty walking with sensation of environment spinning in circles making one feel dizzy and off-balance. It is different from peripheral vertigo caused by other health problems like inner ear disorder or Meniere’s disease, vol 11 #6 Nov-Dec 2020.29-35

2.8 Some Brain disabilities, mostly due to genetic or medical conditions, are: ataxia that affects muscle movements of legs and hands; apraxia, brain’s inability to perform already known actions; dyslexia, a specific learning disability that primarily affects reading and writing skills; aphasia with speech impediments, stammering or stuttering; hydrocephalus due to abnormal build-up of fluid in brain; and Down’s syndrome where brain has an extra copy of chromosome 21 causing cognitive and behavioural problems.7,36-41

2.9 Factors linked to decreased brain function are diabetes, hypertension, obesity, head trauma, sleep apnoea, clinical depression, bipolar disorder, and alcoholism. Aging process typically begins to impact the brain before 40 due to loss of connective structures called synapses in the brain. Just like any other muscle, these need to be used and challenged in different ways in order to stay strong.13,42

3. Tips for Do’s and Don’ts in a stroke43-46

  • Stroke symptoms come on very suddenly. Remember “Be fast”. Be watchful for a sudden loss of balance. Watch eyes if patient is having loss of or double vision. Watch face for drooping of mouth; can both arms be lifted, is speech slurred. Time is critical!
  • Call emergency helpline immediately. Check pulse and breathing and help perform CPR till help arrives. Note the time of first symptoms and tell the Emergency staff as the first 24 hours are crucial. Do not drive the patient to Emergency yourself.
  • Do not let the patient sleep or prevent him from going to hospital even if symptoms vanish quickly. Do not give food or drinks (as they can choke), or medication (aspirin can cause more bleeding in case of blood vessel rupture).

Tips to keep our brain healthy13,42,47-50;

  • Challenge the brain: Recall what you did the previous day or weekend; take a new route to your own home or a familiar location; learn a new language, sport, art, music, or any skill; do mental calculations without the aid of a calculator, swap TV with mind games, puzzles, or a book, or play games like bridge and chess that involve memory and thinking ahead. Involve yourself in any social or group activity; studies suggest those with the most social interaction in the community experience the slowest rate of mental decline.
  • Reduce the risks: Make ‘safety’ your priority, prevent falls and injuries by using protective gears, learn to manage stress and depression, say No to smoking, drinking, and drugs. As health of arteries and veins is critical for brain health, check BP, heart rate, cholesterol, and sugar regularly. Do not ignore infections.
  • Relax and sleep well. Adequate sleep tends to clear abnormal proteins in the brain, consolidates memories, and improves overall memory and brain health.
  • Keep in mind that 60% of our brain is made of fats, 50% of which is omega-3 fatty acids crucial for learning and memory. So, as part of an active and healthy life style, rely on a diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins C & E, plant-based foods, whole grains, and healthy fats like flax and chia seeds, avocados, olive oil, and unsalted nuts like walnuts, almonds, and Brazil nut.

2. Camps & Clinics

As a part of our drive to reach out to patients having limited access to healthcare facilities, Sai Vibrionics has started several camps and clinics. Of special mention are the efforts of practitioners from the southern states of India, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where during the last two months, four such centres have been inaugurated.

1. Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi, BHEL, Hyderabad - on 5 May 2024:

The wellness centre was inaugurated with the efforts of the Samithi convenor, spiritual coordinator and four members, starting with prayers and bhajans. Practitioners 11587&11620 gave an inaugural talk on Sai Vibrionics to the attendees and answered their questions. Practitioners 11568, 11623, 11632, 11667 joined them in treating 45 patients and keeping in mind the extreme hot weather, distributed a remedy for sunstroke to 50 attendees. This centre will operate on 1st Sunday of every month from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

2. Dr AS Rao Nagar, Secunderabad - on 13 Jun 2024:

This wellness centre was inaugurated with the support of local Samithi members. Practitioners 11563 & 11627 gave remedies to 9 patients and they will meet fortnightly, every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month.

3. Sri Shanti Ashram School, Lawson’s Bay Colony, Visakhapatnam - on 15 Jun 2024:

This school has been established to educate children from weaker sections of society and those residing in the slum areas.  At the inauguration, Practitioners 11590 & 11650 gave attendees a brief introduction to Sai Vibrionics. From 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, 38 children and 3 staff members were given remedies. The centre will operate monthly on every 2nd Saturday.

4. Eddumailaram village, ODF Samithi, Sangareddy Dist - on 16 Jun 2024:

Sai Samithi of BHEL in Hyderabad started this centre also where Practitioners 11632 & 11620 will treat patients once a month on a day coinciding with village seva conducted by this village Samithi. On the inaugural day, 36 patients were treated from 10.00 am to 2.30 pm; the practitioners were supported by the daughter of Practitioner 11632.

3. From the Diary of Dr Jit K Aggarwal

It was early days. There was no experience, very little knowledge. Record keeping was dismal. There were no guidelines on who should be taught the system. Just a simple promise to use the system for seva and a minimum of 6 persons per class. But what was great was the enthusiasm and total faith in the remedies. Swami’s blessings were in abundance as was evident from the results which were phenomenal. Here is one such incidence that happened in 1995.

A peace personified monk visited a Practitioner living in a remote place and showed the dark circles around his eyes and enquired if she had a remedy for this. She made him sit, prepared a remedy and initiated the first dose in his mouth. Instead of walking away soon after, he hesitatingly sat with a request in all humility to allow him to wait there for two hours as otherwise he would have to wait in the nearby ill-equipped railway station to catch the next train scheduled to leave soon after. He sat there quietly and when it was time to leave, he thanked her immensely. To her utter amazement she suddenly noticed no trace of dark circles around his eyes which she had seen clearly two hours ago! This incident haunted her for long and then she sought clarification from Dr Aggarwal and he in turn prayed to Swami and innerly asked as to how can this kind of a miracle happen. Swami’s response was immediate and clear “purity of mind”. The monk was so pure that a single dose promptly did the trick.

This was a deeper lesson than all the satsangs on purity of mind which is nothing but our thoughts. This revealed an invaluable aspect of healing hidden within us!

4. In Memoriam

Mrs Munira Banatwala 02641…India, fondly called ‘aunty’ in SSSSO circles, passed away peacefully on 26 May 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family at the age of 88 years. An ardent devotee of Swami, she carried on seva activities till her last moment. She lived life in the service of humanity, especially educating girls. She became a vibrionics practitioner in 2004 and she had been conducting vibrionics camps regularly in Versova, Mumbai, for the past 13 years. Ever ready to help, with a smile on her face, she served patients with love, compassion, and concern. She was always enthusiastic to learn the latest advancements in Vibrionics, never missed a meeting and was always a first bencher. Her patients, co-practitioners, vibrionics fraternity at large and all the beneficiaries will sorely miss her, an epitome of love and benevolence.

We are very sad to announce the loss of a very senior practitioner Simon Jeremy Wade 02766…UK on 7 June 2024.  He and his wife were on a holiday when he had a bad fall in the bathroom, soon became unconscious and passed away at the age of 80 years. He and his wife Sylvia Wade 02707, have been practising together for over two decades with lots of dedication. Simon was a very enthusiastic practitioner, always keen to enhance his knowledge and progress on the spiritual path. May his good soul merge in Swami’s infinite love and we pray that He gives his wife and family strength to bear the sudden loss.
