A 29-year-old man had been suffering from persistent pain in his upper back and chest region for nearly two years following a serious accident in Feb 2024. He sustained multiple rib fractures and a punctured lung, requiring hospitalization for a week. Treatment focused on pain management, while the lung was allowed to heal naturally. Tragically, a friend accompanying him at the time did not survive the accident, leaving him with considerable emotional trauma.
