Shoulder, back & knee pain 11674...India
A 42-year-old woman presented with three musculoskeletal concerns. She had been experiencing lower back pain radiating to the right leg for 18 years, which began following spinal anaesthesia during childbirth. The pain was intermittent and worsened with physical exertion, accompanied by numbness in the leg and difficulty walking. During severe episodes, she had to rest. She did not take medication and managed simply with rest.
She had been having continuous pain in the left shoulder radiating to the neck for seven months since May 2025, restricting left arm movement. She took prescribed calcium supplements, pain relief ointment and painkillers for six months with minimal relief. Physiotherapy sessions for a week gave relief just for a few days. She also had pain and swelling for two months in the left knee, making it difficult to walk and stand. She linked this pain to an injury seven years ago when she had struck her knee against a cot. Based on a current X-ray, the orthopaedic doctor advised rest and painkillers. As there was no relief, she managed with rest and some ointment.
On 11 Dec 2025, she consulted the practitioner who gave her:
#1. CC3.7 Circulation + CC18.5 Neuralgia + CC20.3 Arthritis + CC20.4 Muscles & Supportive tissue + CC20.5 Spine… BD in sesame oil for applying to all affected areas
#2. CC10.1 Emergencies + CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic + #1…6TD
Treatment progress:
- 18 Dec 2025: 30% improvement in back and shoulder pain; swelling decreased by 50%.
- 27 Dec 2025: Back and shoulder pain better by 50%; knee swelling gone and pain slightly better; noted clicking sound in knees during movement.
- 1 Jan 2026: 90% improvement in all pains including clicking sound.

- 14 Mar 2026: #2 reduced to BD; #1 stopped.
- 2 Apr 2026: #2 reduced to OD and gradually tapered down to OW by 15 May 2026, for maintenance.
As of Aug 2026, she continues to do well and remains pain-free with remedy at OW.
