Un anno prima, una ragazza di 18 anni cominciò ad avere dei foruncoli sulle guance e sulla fronte. I brufoli si sviluppavano solo durante i periodi mestruali e si attenuavano lentamente. Tuttavia, durante gli ultimi sei mesi, la 
gravità dell’acne era aumentata e i foruncoli rimanevano anche dopo il ciclo. Pensò che questo fosse accaduto dopo aver usato una comune crema idratante per una settimana. Non consultò un medico ma chiese invece un trattamento vibrionico. Il 12 agosto 2020 le venne somministrato:
#1. CC8.1 Female tonic + CC17.2 Cleansing + CC21.2 Skin infections + CC21.3 Skin allergies…TDS
#2. CC21.2 Skin infections…OD preparato in poltiglia con farina di mais per applicazione topica
Il 30 agosto vi fu un forte pullout con un aumento dei brufoli del 50% sulle guance e anche un leggero prurito. Le venne consigliato di continuare con i rimedi come prescritto. Tre giorni dopo il prurito cessò ed i brufoli cominciarono a ridursi gradatamente. Dopo 3 mesi, entro il 5 dicembre, era completamente libera dai foruncoli. Perciò il rimedio #2 venne sospeso e il dosaggio del rimedio #1 fu ridotto a BD e più tardi a OD, l’8 febbraio 2021, prima di sospenderlo il 26 febbraio. Ad ottobre 2021 non vi sono state recidive.

On 30 August there was a strong pullout with 50% increase in pimples on her cheeks and even slight itching. She was advised to continue the remedies as prescribed. Three days later itching stopped and pimples started to subside gradually. After three months by 5 December, she was completely free of pimples. So #2 was stopped and the dosage of #1 was reduced to BD and further to OD on 8 Feb 2021 before stopping it on 26 Feb. As of Oct 2021, there has been no recurrence.
