A 13-year-old girl had been suffering from facial acne for four months, since Sept 2025. Some lesions contained pus but were not painful. However, the acne caused her considerable emotional distress and made her self-conscious about her appearance. She avoided social gatherings and often compared her skin with that of her peers.
