A 31-year-old woman had been suffering from psychiatric symptoms for 12 years since 2011. A bright and studious student, she developed anxiety, panic attacks, and self-talk during her third year of graduation following repeated humiliation by her peers. Lack of emotional support at home further aggravated her condition. By 2012, she had become socially withdrawn, avoided eye contact, talked to herself frequently, and stayed awake late at night, watching television. Her parents took her to a psychiatrist who prescribed medication; this improved her sleep within a month but not her other symptoms. Despite her condition, she completed her engineering degree.

In 2015, her parents sent her to the US for higher studies in the hope that a change of environment would help, but she returned to India in 2016 without completing the course. She married in 2017, but the marriage broke down within a month, followed by a mutual-consent divorce. Despite continuing psychiatric treatment her condition deteriorated further. She was unable to focus on daily activities, made irrational requests, laughed and talked to herself for long periods and experienced hallucinations. In June 2021, she was diagnosed with mood disorder with mixed personality traits and prescribed new medication, Quetiapine 200mg. However, improvement was minimal, and she became increasingly stubborn, angry, and occasionally violent towards family members. She expressed a strong desire to remarry and start a new life.

On discovering vibrionics, her parents approached the practitioner on 2 Jan 2023 and was given:

#1. CC10.1 Emergencies + CC12.1 Adult tonic + CC15.2 Psychiatric disorders + CC17.2 Cleansing + CC17.3 Brain & Memory tonic + CC18.1 Brain disabilities…TDS

#2. CC15.2 Psychiatric disorders + CC17.2 Cleansing…OD in water for spraying in her room and on herself. Allopathic medication was continued.

Treatment progress:

• 3 Feb 2023: Panic attacks, anxiety, stubbornness, and angry outbursts stopped; following evaluation, psychiatrist halved Quetiapine to 100 mg.

Telephone reporting by the patient was weekly for eight weeks followed by once a month, with regular refills.

• 5 Apr 2023: Hallucinations, irrational requests to parents stopped, resumed interacting with them, maintaining good eye contact; appeared relaxed with fewer mood swings; focus improved; psychiatrist assessed her improvement at 85%.
• 20 July 2023: No more mood swings; started learning yoga, looking for a job; no menses for two months, diagnosed with a small uterine fibroid; was given #3. CC8.4 Ovaries & Uterus + CC8.6 Menopause + CC8.8 Menses irregular + CC15.1 Mental & Emotional tonic…TDS.
• 10 Aug 2023: Menses occurred.
• 12 Sept 2023: Self-talk decreased by 90%; further halved Quetiapine to 50 mg.
• 15 Nov 2023: Menses became regular; self-talk completely stopped, social interactions improved, resumed participation in daily activities; psychiatrist declared her mentally healthy and further halved Quetiapine to 25 mg; became a certified yoga trainer; delighted with her recovery, parents began looking for a groom; #3 reduced to BD.
• 10 Mar 2024: #3 reduced to OD and stopped in July 2024.
• 15 May 2024: Got remarried; psychiatrist advised stopping medication and monitor for relapse of symptoms.
• 15 Aug 2024: Continued to remain stable with healthy behaviour, increased self-awareness, and optimism about future.
• 15 May 2026: Had reduced #1 to BD in Jan ‘26 and now to OD for maintenance.

As of July 2026, she remains well and continues #1 and #2 at OD.

Note: Having become pregnant in Nov 2024, she took remedies for smooth pregnancy, morning sickness etc until she was blessed with a healthy baby girl through normal delivery on 13 Aug 2026, then stopped them.
