A 40-year-old woman had been experiencing multiple symptoms since Jan 2023, including severe difficulty swallowing, diarrhoea more than twice daily, dizziness, low blood pressure (80/60 mmHg), extreme fatigue, anxiety attacks, and significant weight loss. She could swallow only about half a teaspoon of food at one time and needed water to help her swallow. Her anxiety attacks, occurring about twice a week, were often accompanied by loud crying, giddiness, numbness in the limbs or sometimes throughout the body, and occasional fainting. Over four to five months, her weight dropped from 68 to 58 kg.

In May 2023, she consulted a doctor and took prescribed medications which gave some relief and also side effects, so discontinued them in Sept. She struggled until early Dec 2023, when she underwent colonoscopy. She was verbally informed that a rectal polyp had been detected, requiring surgical removal, especially if malignant. Fearful of surgery, she had telephone consultation with the practitioner, who posted the remedy, which she started on 11 Dec 2023:

Treatment progress:

• 11 Dec 2023: After the first dose, given with prayer over the phone, she experienced prolonged burping, followed by marked relief. Her swallowing improved by more than 50%, and she no longer needed water with every bite. Burping continued with each dose during the first week.
• 18 Dec 2023: Swallowing difficulty had completely resolved, and she was able to eat comfortably.
• 10 Jan 2024: Anxiety attacks reduced to once a week, diarrhoea to once daily, and her weight stabilised; 80% improvement in energy levels.
• 22 Jan 2024: To rule out malignancy, repeat colonoscopy revealed a 4 mm rectal polyp, confirmed as Grade 1 neuroendocrine tumour, this was removed. The follow-up pet scan on 23 Jan showed no tumour anywhere in the body.
• 15 Feb 2024: Her weight began increasing steadily; BP improved to 90/60 mmHg and dizziness had resolved.
• 14 Mar 2024: Diarrhoea had stopped, with normal daily bowel movements. She had experienced only one anxiety episode in the previous month, with no accompanying symptoms.
• 15 Apr 2024: No further anxiety attacks.

By Dec 2024, her weight had increased by 6 kg and BP had normalised to 110/80 mmHg. As of Aug 2026, she remains well and continues remedy at OD for maintenance. It’s interesting to note that even now, she gets a small burp after each dose!
