A 72-year-old-woman had been struggling with constant pain in her left shoulder for the past six months since Apr 2022. The discomfort significantly impaired her ability to lift her left arm and carry out daily activities. By Aug the pain worsened, leading her to rely on over-the-counter painkillers for temporary relief.
